A number of places on Nottingham Schools’ Forum are coming up for election

ELECTIONS to Schools’ Forum

Nominations for the following representative places open on Tuesday 5th September and will close at midday on Tuesday 19th September.

This would allow for any election processes to take place before the first meeting on November 9th.

Nominations, stating name, current role, place for which they are nominated and email contact should be sent to email: sfelections@nottinghamcity.gov.uk before the closure of nominations on Tuesday 19th September.

In the case of an election, then each candidate will be expected to prepare a short brief on their reasons for standing and elections within the ‘constituencies’ will be held towards the end of September.

Colleagues may put themselves forward and current representatives may stand for re-election.

 

The following representative roles are open for nominations from today:

Maintained Primary Headteachers- 3 places

(currently held by Terry Smith, Andy Jenkins, Judith Kemplay)

Maintained Primary Governors – 1 place

(currently held by Janet Molyneux)

Primary Academies – 2 places (either Governor or Headteacher)

(currently held by Caroline Caille, James Strawbridge)

Secondary Academies – 1 place

(currently held by Sian Hampton)

Early Years PVI – 1 place

(currently held by Gary Holmes)

16-19 provision

Alternative Provision Academies
