Secure Access Website

Secure Access is a single secure point of entry to DfE IT systems. Use of the site ensures better protection of data

In school there are 2 types of Secure Access Users
End Users - able to make data submissions to the collections they have access to
Approvers - have the ability to

  • Search for users within their organisation
  • Add new user accounts
  • View user accounts
  • Edit and archive user accounts
  • Add and remove access to Departmental systems as required, and where access is granted to COLLECT, specify/select the data collection(s) that are able to be accessed by the requester.

Every School should have a Secure Access 'Approver' within their establishment.

The Data Analysis & Insight for School Improvement (DAISI) is run by the Information Management Team. It provides easy-to-understand data that helps you complete self-evaluation, carry out improvement planning and prepare for inspection.

Data collection and checking makes sure your statutory returns are submitted correctly and on time, helping you secure maximum funding.
